Steaua Romana Refinery is located in Campina city, at about 100 km north from Bucharest. It occupies an area of 49.6 ha. It was founded in 1895 and has a rich history. The refinery is completely privatized. It is listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the RASDAQ exchange segment, in the third tier, with the symbol STRO.
